I was born in France and I grew up surrounded by gourmets but above all in values advocating "the terroir". From a very young age, respect for the product as well as the work of farmers and craftsmen has been reasoning in me. I learned the first gestures with my family, knowing how to live, knowing how to receive has always had an essential place.
At 18 I finally decided to make it my job, I left for a hotel school in St Chély d'Apcher in Lozère to do a BTS in hotel and catering. After 3 years of studies and practice in internship, I leave to discover through various jobs and various travels the diversity of know-how in the world of gastronomy. Corsica, Basque Country, Switzerland, Australia, Ibiza, Thailand...
I put my suitcases in Verbier in Switzerland, to live a great experience at the Restaurant le Rouge for 8 years. Then it was quite natural that I created Pretty Kitchen, a private chef, wanting to get closer to my customers and make them discover my passion, my cuisine and the restaurant experience at home.
